Born in Maplewood, Minnesota, Ben McDonnell's passion for entertainment ignited young — honed through local stages before a professional leap to Los Angeles. Under the mentorship of The Groundlings and acting coach Lesly Kahn, he refined a craft that landed him opposite Will Smith in the feature film Concussion.
